Best dj experience or musical memory?

I think it has to be seeing the Blackbyrds perform at the Southport Weekender a few years ago. When they dropped Rockcreek Park it made me understand my fathers obsession with live soul based music. Without him I wouldn’t be in to this groove.

You’re stranded on a desert island with 5 records. What are they?

Current music.. In a state or great?

At the moment i’m struggling to find good vocals so i’m playing quite deep but come spring summer ill be buzzing on a vocal tip. All good i think it just evolves.

What do you see happening in 2010?

A hard question… things are a little unpredictable at the moment, but i do think people will still be hitting the party’s that have that extra spark.

Why are you looking forward to the Deep Cover launch party?

Well that’s quite simple, I’m part of it, and i’m looking forward to playing alongside
our favourite djs and building some foundations for the future of our event.
